Won't turn on
No lights, no fan, nothing on screen. It can be the charger, the battery, the screen or the board. We find out for free.
Liquid spill
Switch it off, do not charge it, and bring it in fast. Liquid keeps corroding the board even after the laptop seems to work again.
Battery drains or swells
Short battery life, sudden shutdowns or a trackpad that bulges upwards all point to a worn or swollen battery.
Keyboard or trackpad faults
Sticky, repeating or dead keys and an unresponsive trackpad. Often caused by debris or liquid. We check for free.
